The Eritrean community for justice of Washington Metro area would like to invite all Justice seeking Eritreans to a public meeting . The purpose of the meeting is to discuss
1) ECJ- DMVs state of affairs
2) The escalating assault on Eritrean Sovereignty by the regime in Asmara in collaboration with various Ethiopian political and media figures
3) To develop a plan of action on how to defend our country
Eritrean Bayto DMV ( ECJ) condemned attacks on Amanuel Eyasu, the founder and editor of Assena TV by PFDJ operatives in London area. We strongly condemn these terrible attacks, and urge the London authorities to swiftly investigate & bring the perpetrators to justice as to dissuade future violence, and to ensure that journalists can work safely. Journalists must be able to work freely without fear.
The Eritrean Bayto DMV ( ECJ) has decided on November 26, 2019 to establish a committee that would continue to work on various activities in DMV area.
Eritrean Bayto DMV strongly believes that Eritreans are entitled to fundamental and basic human rights and; to establish a democratic government whose essential powers and authorities are to guarantee the freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of worship and the right to change their government through the democratic process.
